Introduction: In this study, the situation of financial resource management in Iranian Paralympic sports was compared with the United States, Britain and Australia (as successful countries in Paralympic Games).Methods: This is a qualitative-comparative research with a Boolean algebra approach. The purposive sampling method was used. Therefore, all methods, and appropriate conditions for financial resource management realization of Paralympic sports in Iran and selected countries were studied using the interviews and library study. Data reduction was used to study the accuracy of the research results, the adequacy of conditions and methods of income generation to calibrate the research process and ensure the test reliability by removing the disagreements of all the studied items. The research validity was confirmed by the experts in qualitative and comparative research.Results: The results of research showed while the selected countries use 25 methods of income generation in all five causal conditions, i.e. "intra-organizational, trans-organizational (national), international, public funding and financial support in sports" to manage Paralympic sports; Iran uses only eight methods of income generation, most of which are related to two causal conditions of "intra-organizational funds, trans-organizational funds (national)" as sources of income.Conclusion: Examining the results show that none of the causal conditions alone is a sufficient condition to be considered "successful" in financial resources management, but all the conditions together are considered as necessary conditions for success in financial resources management.

The aim of this paper is to construct an algebraic hyperstructure over a set G corresponding to a Boolean algebra B and a function S:GB. In order to accomplish this goal we will need to define a hyperoperation on the set G. We define, ab =a^6 b={gEG/s(g)<=s(a)vs(b)} and prove that if the image of G is a v -semilattice or constitute a partition of 1 in B, then (G, ^6) is a hypergroup.

In this paper, some new properties of EQ-algebras are investigated. We intro-duce and study the notion of Boolean center of lattice ordered EQ-algebras with bottom element. We show that in a good ℓ EQ-algebra E with bottom element the complement of an element is unique. Furthermore, Boolean elements of a good bounded lattice EQ-algebra are characterized. Finally, we obtain conditions under which Boolean center of an EQ-algebra E is the subalgebra of E.

This paper presents a new method for simplification of Boolean functions based on Boolean differences. The proposed method is applicable to various forms of Boolean functions, including truth tables and Binary Decision Diagrams (BDDs). The Boolean differences are extended to cover the truth tables with don't-care components and cutset graphs in BDDs. The results of simplification agree with Quine-McCluskey and ESPRESSO methods. Experimental tests on MCNC and Berkeley PLA benchmarks show that the proposed method gains a performance of 1.5-10 times faster than ESPRESSO. The algorithms of the proposed method are implemented in Java/Perl/C++, and a toolset for logic function simplification is developed.

In this paper, we introduce the notions of (ʘ,⊕) -derivations and (ϴ,ʘ) -derivations for MV -algebras and discuss some related results.We study the connection between these derivations on an MV -algebra Aand the derivations on its Boolean center. We characterize the isotone (ʘ,⊕) -derivations and prove that (ϴ,ʘ) -derivations are isotone. Finally we determine the relationship between (ʘ,⊕) -derivation and (ϴ,ʘ) -derivation for MV -algebras.

In the present paper an operator-differential equation of second order in complex domain is considered when the coefficients have singularity of pole type at the point z=0. A theorem of existence of the solution of the equation is proved and the spectral property of the solution is separately investigated when the coefficients are spectral operators.

The technique of Qualitative Comparative Analysis, which is based on the Boolean algebra or the Boolean expansion of John Stuart Mills' nominal comparison, is the implicit methodology of historical-comparative research. By employing this method, The analysts can evaluate different combinations of explanans as the causes of a single effect. Moreover, the Boolean algebra technique in the historical-comparative analysis is a useful means for the analysis of the data-set with Median N (10 to 50 cases).In the present paper, first of all attempts have been made to describe the main characteristics of the Boolean algebra and its application for the qualitative comparative analysis in social sciences. In the next step, Foran's application of the Boolean analysis or his qualitative comparative analysis in studying the Iranian Revolution has been elucidated. As one of the most outstanding researchers in the field of comparative study of the Iranian Revolution, Foran in his three works has applied Boolean algebra or qualitative comparative analysis to provide answers to various questions. Attempts have been made, in the present article, to comprehensively evaluate the results of Foran's three works from the viewpoint of the Boolean methodology.

It is known that even duals of a Banach algebra A with one of Arens products are Banach algebras, these products are natu-ral multiplications extending the one on A. But the essence of A ∗,is completely di, erent. By de, ning new products, we investigate some algebraic and spectral properties of odd duals of A. We will show re-lations between these products and Arens products, weak or weak-star continuity, commutativity and unit elements of these algebras. We also determine the spectrum and multiplier algebra for A ∗, , and we calculate the quasi-inverses, spectrum and spectral radius for elements of these kinds of algebras.
